Client Operations Manager — CVS Health (Texas Remote)

Descriere

  • Act as the primary operational liaison for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional roles, projects, and resources around client success objectives
  • Work with senior account leaders and enterprise client executives to advance client priorities
  • Guide client discussions on timelines, expectations, and issue resolution
  • Balance competing demands while clearly communicating priorities and handoffs
  • Direct implementations spanning member outreach, data ingestion, reporting, and network activation
  • Cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Validate client deliverables against statement-of-work requirements
  • Capture and document requirements that support successful program delivery
  • Oversee meeting records, data entry, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Manage client-facing direct-mail and email campaigns
  • Lead ad hoc reporting initiatives and track their outcomes
  • Forecast developments and communicate updates, risks, and escalations
  • File and monitor tickets related to client requests
  • Maintain internal tracking and documentation, and coordinate responses to member grievances
  • Provide backup account support for the Client Success Executive
  • Manage team utilization, project alignment, and allocation of resources
  • Explain complex concepts to clients through data presentations, verbal communication, and written materials
  • Oversee client deliverables, custom data and reporting needs, and program metrics through automated operational systems

Cerințe

  • Four to six years of healthcare account operations experience managing complex, highly visible programs
  • Two to four years of planning, resourcing, and delivering client-facing projects across product, technical, and delivery teams
  • Two to four years of stakeholder management experience
  • One to four years of experience motivating cross-functional teams and developing colleagues through coaching and mentoring
  • Strong client communication skills, including the ability to deliver difficult news while preserving effective relationships
  • Experience using Power BI and Asana
  • Ability to quickly learn detailed information and use it to coach others or resolve complex problems
  • At least one year of experience connecting operational solutions to client or process challenges
  • Willingness to travel for three to four days, up to six times per year
  • At least two years of experience facilitating and presenting to clients and matrixed teams multiple times per week
  • Demonstrated ability to review and organize data in Excel
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Sheets, and Slides
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan structures
  • At least one year of experience with healthcare risk and quality standards
  • Understanding of SQL data structures and queries
  • Experience using AI agents to locate answers in data
  • Understanding of STARs, CAHPs, and HEDIS
  • At least one year of demonstrated expert knowledge of client data use in Signify programs
  • At least one year of documented expert knowledge of Member Journey materials in Signify programs
