  • Manage complex incidents and coach less experienced analysts.
  • Monitor infrastructure health and make timely decisions that support network performance and productivity.
  • Escalate outages to support teams to restore services promptly.
  • Detect and manage major incidents in the Enterprise Command Center.
  • Run diagnostics to verify reported errors.
  • Support incident detection in the Enterprise Command Center.
  • Lead rapid-response calls during outages and drive them to resolution.
  • Record discussions during rapid-response calls.
  • Advise teams on documentation, interdependencies, and application details.
  • Lead rapid-response calls and communicate clearly throughout.
  • Use messaging, email, and conferencing tools to manage rapid-response calls.
  • Communicate regularly with leaders at all levels.
  • Lead or contribute to internal projects.

Prasības

  • At least 3 years of experience managing major incidents through resolution.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including taking charge of major incident calls and keeping teams focused on resolution.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Copilot, and Teams.
  • Strong experience with AI and automation.
  • Experience collaborating and communicating across multiple areas.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills for large conference calls, phone, and instant messaging.
  • Experience handling or participating in major incident calls.
  • Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Ability to lead major incident calls and keep teams focused on resolution.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Accountability and willingness to own tasks and projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A background investigation is required.
  • Allstate generally does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
  • A dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions.
  • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
