Apraksts

  • Manage daily customer relationships throughout the shopping and ownership journey.
  • Build product knowledge across products and regions to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Represent the client’s brand, values, and mission.
  • Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and social channels.
  • Resolve pre-sale and post-sale inquiries, including arranging help for mechanical or electrical failures.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them promptly in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prioritize customer feedback and feature requests, escalating them to the appropriate teams.
  • Manage lead generation, assignment, and follow-up.
  • Identify process or product gaps and implement or recommend improvements.
  • Carry out other assigned duties and support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Prasības

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English proficiency and native Romanian proficiency.
  • Emotional maturity and a strong interest in customer experience.
  • Curiosity, attentive listening, respect for others, and a collaborative attitude.
  • A proactive, results-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and handle varied situations.
  • Adaptability and patience when responding to different personalities, with tolerance and empathy.
  • Clear communication with customers and teammates on both technical and non-technical topics.
  • An interest in people; an interest in cars is a bonus.
