Apraksts

  • Assist customers promptly, primarily by phone, and also through chat and email.
  • Work toward resolving every inquiry within 24 hours.
  • Diagnose login, system, and hardware problems.
  • Help salons with software setup and configuration.
  • Handle billing, payment, and subscription changes.
  • Check in with partners regularly and anticipate their support needs.
  • Identify customers at risk of leaving and help build loyalty.
  • Show partners how to use platform features and apply best practices.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Track inquiry patterns and help develop FAQs, support resources, and product feedback.
  • Help salons and beauty businesses get the most from Salonkee’s digital tools.

Prasības

  • Have prior client support experience, including phone-based assistance and resolving questions or problems.
  • Show patience and empathy in conversations, including with upset or distressed customers.
  • Think quickly, resolve issues where possible, and escalate when appropriate.
  • Document interactions carefully and follow up on time.
  • Manage time well while handling multiple tasks.
  • Be comfortable using phone systems, CRM platforms, or helpdesk software.
  • Speak German and English fluently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
