AI Platform Engineer (Python, AWS) — Genesys, India Remote

Apraksts

  • Create, test, deploy, and operate Python services and automation for AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance
  • Develop tools for AI application inventories, platform onboarding, risk classification, access reviews, policy compliance, control testing, exception handling, approvals, and audit-evidence gathering
  • Convert governance policies and security requirements into enforceable controls, automated checks, alerts, and measurable outcomes
  • Create security and compliance checks for sensitive-data exposure, improper access, policy breaches, leaked secrets, unsafe tool use, and other AI-related risks
  • Work with Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to define evidence needs and automate recurring evidence collection and reporting
  • Develop internal AI applications and workflows with enterprise model APIs and SDKs
  • Implement model and workflow evaluations, regression testing, guardrails, fallback logic, rate limits, timeout handling, and cost controls
  • Create dashboards covering platform health, license usage, token and cost consumption, access posture, policy exceptions, security events, control effectiveness, and audit readiness
  • Support internal customers through AI platform onboarding and ongoing operational assistance
  • Monitor the uptime and health of enterprise AI tools, using runbooks to identify and escalate service degradation
  • Perform routine platform configuration changes and API version upgrades according to documented change procedures
  • Maintain monitoring and alerting dashboards
  • Handle identity and access management activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignment
  • Assist with scheduled access reviews and assemble compliance evidence
  • Develop and maintain integrations between AI platforms and internal workflows
  • Resolve routine access, integration, and configuration problems, escalating complex issues when needed
  • Measure usage and adoption across assigned platform integrations

Prasības

  • At least two years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, IT operations, or DevOps, including some SaaS or AI tooling administration
  • Strong Python skills for developing production applications and automation
  • Practical experience designing and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows
  • Experience creating AI applications or workflows with enterprise model APIs or SDKs
  • Understanding of structured model outputs, function or tool calling, prompt and configuration versioning, human-in-the-loop controls, model evaluation, guardrails, and AI application observability
  • Proficiency in SQL, including data modeling, pipeline development, query design, and dashboard creation
  • Experience using Git, pull requests, code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management for cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability practices and tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to follow runbooks and escalate issues appropriately
  • Preferred experience with enterprise AI platforms, SSO or SCIM and identity providers, enterprise integrations, AI security risks, AI governance and information-security frameworks, LLM evaluation, AI red teaming, model or agent observability, prompt lifecycle management, or guardrail platforms
