Apraksts

  • Lead a team processing customer payrolls on Workday and provide day-to-day support.
  • Handle escalations involving payroll processing, discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
  • Review and audit payroll runs for accuracy, compliance, and customer-specific needs.
  • Manage daily workloads and task assignments to meet deadlines and service-level agreements.
  • Coach payroll employees in real time and provide feedback.
  • Track and report individual and team performance metrics.
  • Help onboard and train new payroll specialists.
  • Work with the Manager or Senior Manager to put process improvements into practice.
  • Keep up with federal, state, and local payroll rules and share updates with the team.
  • Help communicate with customers about payroll questions, tax matters, and reporting.
  • Follow OneSource Virtual policies, SOC audit controls, and data security standards.

Prasības

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five years of payroll or tax experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and multistate payroll processing.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence coaching colleagues and working with customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Workday Payroll experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with other HCM platforms preferred.
  • FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred.
