Administrative Coordinator in Missoula, Montana (Hybrid)

Provide administrative and customer support for Consumer Direct Care Network’s home- and community-based care services. The role covers calls, enrollment documentation, referrals, authorizations, and client communications.

Apraksts

Deliver professional, responsive service to clients and colleagues.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Provide accurate responses through email, messaging, and chat.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues when possible, and route complex needs to the appropriate support.
Perform routine administrative duties each day.
Review, process, and update forms and records in designated systems.
Help maintain accounts receivable accuracy by reviewing service authorizations and coordinating corrections with MCO representatives.
Comply with applicable laws, standards, and established procedures.
Prioritize tasks and coordinate workflows around team and customer needs.
Operate computer systems and standard office software.
Coordinate intake, referral, and enrollment processes while keeping records accurate.
Complete required training and ongoing professional development.
Use bilingual communication abilities to assist customers when needed.
Perform other related duties assigned to the role.

Prasības

Experience in customer service or a call center environment, including support by phone, email, messaging, or chat.
Relevant education and experience sufficient to perform the role’s responsibilities.
Successful completion of a background screening.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Administrative or clerical support experience in an office or service setting.
Bilingual communication ability may be useful depending on location.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT extensions are not available.
