Aprašymas

  • Act as the main contact for clients seeking help throughout their legal cases.
  • Assist clients with professionalism and empathy by phone and through approved communication channels.
  • Make welcome, courtesy, and proactive follow-up calls.
  • Share accurate case updates, explain processes, and answer common questions using approved procedures and case information.
  • Resolve inquiries during the first interaction when they fall within the role’s authority.
  • Recognize client dissatisfaction, de-escalate concerns, and follow procedures for urgent issues, repeat contacts, and escalations.
  • Work with case owners, specialists, POD leaders, and managers when an issue requires legal judgment, a case decision, or action from another department.
  • Record client conversations, update requests, follow-up commitments, and escalations in Litify and other approved systems.
  • Track unresolved concerns and assigned tasks to support timely responses and clear communication.
  • Help manage client experience tasks, including calls with low sentiment, voicemail follow-up, and courtesy outreach.
  • Safeguard client confidentiality and communicate professionally.
  • Take part in training, coaching, and updates to firm procedures and case-stage workflows.
  • Work with colleagues and leaders to spot recurring concerns and improve client communications and processes.

Reikalavimai

  • Fluent English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
  • Available for a 40-hour full-time workweek with two days off.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Law firm or legal industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Call center, client relations, or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, active listening, empathy, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple client requests, document details accurately, and follow escalation procedures.
  • Comfortable using case-management systems and learning new technology and department workflows.
  • Experience with CRM or case-management platforms such as Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or Clio.
  • Contractors must provide their own equipment and workspace.
  • Computer meeting the specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 or later, processor, RAM, and SSD requirements.
  • Internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, latency below 100 ms, and a private password-protected network.
  • USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.
  • Webcam capable of providing clear video.
  • Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, and active endpoint protection software.
  • Store applicant data only in firm-designated systems.
  • Do not give unauthorized legal advice or make commitments outside approved procedures.
