  • Manage and develop the professional customer database, data model, documentation processes, and GDPR compliance
  • Advance segmentation and data use for customer acquisition, development, loyalty, and reactivation
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of customer journeys
  • Implement and develop the CRM strategy around the omnichannel customer journey
  • Define the omnichannel loyalty program and lead its rollout across customer contact channels
  • Monitor and improve the Omnichannel Customer Service System
  • Measure and track customer satisfaction through omnichannel NPS
  • Support teams responsible for omnichannel commercial and customer relationship communications
  • Measure campaign and channel effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Improve the collection of customer data, consents, profiles, and segments
  • Help define and implement tools for customer data activation, measuring initiatives such as A/B tests
  • Contribute to the development of the web customer portal, UX, and digital customer journeys
  • Launch, operate, and maintain push, email, and SMS marketing channels based on customer lifecycle and behavior
  • Assess new channels and implement omnichannel marketing automation processes
  • Contribute to CRM, loyalty, web analytics, and campaign measurement projects
  • Coordinate agencies and suppliers, prepare briefs, and oversee communication content and materials

Талаптар

  • University degree
  • C1-level English
  • At least five years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce; HubSpot, Selligent, or Splio are alternatives
  • Knowledge of push marketing tools, including email, SMS marketing, and push notifications
  • Knowledge of database management and measurement; data warehouse and SQL experience is valued
  • Knowledge of web analytics
