Senior Bilingual Member Service Center Representative - Leominster Hybrid
Serve All One Credit Union members across banking channels while coaching staff, resolving account issues, and supporting lending and digital banking services.

- Deliver a high-quality member experience to current and prospective members by phone, email, chat, message center, and social media
- Set an example while coaching employees on operational excellence, member service, needs-based discussions, and financial solutions
- Handle Member Service Center operations, including loan log and QC log reviews, office supply ordering, and quality-control call reviews
- Answer member questions and complete transactions or research to resolve deposit, lending, and account discrepancy issues
- Arrange and schedule digital and in-person appointments with branch teams
- Serve as the initial escalation contact for Member Service Center Representatives
- Coach and mentor MSC employees, deliver training and motivation, and contribute to staff development
- Assist members and branch employees with consumer and business digital branch services through troubleshooting, education, and training
- Enter consumer loan applications by phone and assist members with online loan applications
- Close and fund consumer loans digitally, collect required documentation, and recommend suitable loan insurance
- Identify solutions and connect members with specialists for wealth management, IRAs, real estate, and commercial lending needs
- Maintain detailed knowledge of credit union products and services and promote relevant options
- Support electronic banking services, including online and mobile banking, Bill Pay, P2P, mobile deposit, external transfers, and Visa online
- Perform file maintenance and resolve members’ technical issues
- Keep the team informed about procedure changes
- Process supervisor overrides for restricted transactions within authorized limits
- Build expertise through self-directed learning, formal education, seminars, and internal training
- Support and train newly hired employees
- Contribute to assigned credit union projects and committees
Талаптар
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- One to three years of previous banking experience
- Strong understanding of credit union products and services
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and employees
- Excellent member service, active listening, and attention to detail
- Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Confidence using technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work a rotating Monday-through-Saturday schedule
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred but not required
- Ability to demonstrate All One Credit Union’s core values
- Ability to follow All One Credit Union policies and procedures, including BSA and OFAC requirements
