  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all applicable communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide practical solutions that resolve confusion.
  • Drive first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams through case closure.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures while delivering service that supports high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by taking initiative to address their needs.
  • Complete other management-assigned duties within the employment category and contribute to the ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

  • A diploma, advanced or higher diploma, graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or master’s degree in any field.
  • Two years of relevant work experience is preferred, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Comfort working with computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
