Onsite Customer Service Representative in the Philippines
Support TDCX customers across communication channels by resolving issues, closing cases, and strengthening customer satisfaction. TDCX is a global BPO and customer experience solutions provider.

- Assist customers through relevant communication channels with helpful, timely support.
- Understand customer needs, investigate issues, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Resolve cases at first contact where possible, and follow up with service partners and internal teams through closure.
- Share practical feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
- Follow established procedures to deliver service that supports high customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting customer relationships through attentive, proactive engagement.
- Carry out other management-assigned duties within the employment category and help implement, maintain, and continually improve TDCX's Quality Management System.

- A diploma or higher qualification in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Related work experience is preferred, with two years requested for the role.
- Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tailor responses and actions to customer information and needs.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English, as well as the language used in the supported market.
