Steer portfolio choices, architecture enablers, and dependencies to balance value, cost, and risk.
Maintain architecture principles, standards, methods, and reference models.
Assess solution designs, risks, and exceptions for enterprise, security, and Group alignment.
Coordinate business, data, application, and technology landscapes to strengthen integration and limit duplication.
Set technology direction by evaluating trends, vendor roadmaps, lifecycle risks, and technical debt.
Connect business capabilities and value streams with technology initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Develop architecture capability through coaching, reusable materials, shared tools, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Turn business and IT strategy into a coherent, secure, and sustainable technology direction.
Lead enterprise-wide transformation at Volkswagen Group Africa.

Талаптар

National Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
At least five years of experience in IT or enterprise architecture.
Experience leading major technology implementation or transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in architecture strategy, governance, standards, roadmaps, and cross-domain architecture.
Strong understanding of business processes, IT governance, risk management, and technology lifecycles.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and external partners.
Expertise in enterprise architecture methods, modelling, and governance.
Broad knowledge of technology, security, DevOps, and lifecycle management.
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred.
Governance, portfolio management, project delivery, or Lean-Agile certification or knowledge is advantageous.
An up-to-date CV is required.
Certified copies of qualifications are required.
A certified copy of an ID document is required.
