  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in Spanish and English.
  • Work with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
  • Follow PCI standards, industry practices, and security protocols.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, actions, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for call quality, handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Take part in quality reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Make additional callbacks that require Spanish-language support.
  • Translate between customers and departments when needed.
  • Assist customers in Spanish and English by email and chat.
  • Review or translate Spanish-language documents and product interfaces.

  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a call center or similar setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent listening and empathy, with a calm, professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, call center software, and tools for managing customer interactions and data.
  • Professional experience using Microsoft tools and Google Docs is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and holidays, as business needs require.
