Description

  • Lead McKesson’s global HR support contact center and Workforce Administration operations
  • Develop and deliver a multi-year strategy aligned with enterprise HR priorities and business goals
  • Create an integrated operating model defining responsibilities, decision rights, service boundaries, escalation routes, and accountability across global, regional, and local teams
  • Oversee dependable, accurate, timely, and consistent service delivery worldwide
  • Set service standards, performance metrics, quality programs, escalation processes, workforce plans, capacity models, knowledge practices, and quality assurance
  • Apply operational data to improve results and inform business decisions
  • Set the technology and automation direction for HR operations
  • Develop a transformation roadmap covering process redesign, workflow automation, AI-enabled services, knowledge, analytics, self-service, case management, and contact-center technology
  • Collaborate with HR Technology, Digital, Data, Security, and enterprise partners to deliver scalable solutions
  • Create governance, controls, testing practices, adoption metrics, and benefits-tracking processes for technology and automation investments
  • Champion continuous improvement and systematic root-cause resolution
  • Establish portfolio governance, policies, controls, documentation requirements, and performance expectations
  • Oversee operational, regulatory, financial, data, and employee-experience risks
  • Lead and develop a geographically distributed organization through senior leaders, managers, and subject-matter experts
  • Strengthen leadership capability, organizational depth, succession planning, and essential digital and automation skills
  • Direct changes to operating models, processes, and technology
  • Convert operational trends, risks, and investment decisions into executive recommendations
  • Shape enterprise priorities through influence in a highly matrixed organization
  • Represent HR support and operations needs in planning, technology, transformation, and governance forums
  • Direct cross-functional initiatives spanning HR disciplines, regions, and stakeholder groups

Requirements

  • Typically, 15 or more years of progressive experience in operations, contact centers, shared services, employee services, HR operations, business operations, or a related field
  • Typically, 8 or more years leading senior-level teams with responsibility for leaders, large or complex organizations, service delivery, planning, communications, and performance
  • Proven success leading operations or contact-center environments
  • Experience managing high-volume, multichannel service delivery
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams through managers and senior leaders within a large, matrixed organization
  • Ability to define enterprise operating models, service standards, governance structures, performance measures, workforce plans, budgets, and resource strategies
  • Experience delivering complex transformation, automation, technology, or process-improvement programs with measurable business results
  • Knowledge of operational risk, controls, privacy, data stewardship, compliance, and business continuity
  • Ability to use operational data, service insights, employee feedback, and cost-benefit analysis to set priorities
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and change-leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time
  • Preferred: experience with contact-center platforms, case management, knowledge management, workforce management, digital self-service, workflow, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled service capabilities
  • Preferred: experience with outsourced services, vendor-supported operations, or strategic third-party partnerships
  • Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, process excellence, service management, or change-management experience
