Description

  • Promote Marriott Vacations Worldwide brands by reserving dates for vacation ownership preview packages over the phone.
  • Respond to questions about destinations, resorts, facilities, and services.
  • Review accommodation and date availability and recommend suitable alternatives.
  • Promote room upgrades and additional nights to generate incremental revenue.
  • Explain preview package purchase conditions and vacation ownership sales presentation requirements.
  • Confirm that individuals or couples satisfy eligibility criteria.
  • Use guest loyalty to Marriott International and Marriott Vacations Worldwide brands to encourage preview package purchases.
  • Invite prospective owners to reserve package dates.
  • Escalate guest calls, requests, and issues to the appropriate call center staff, leaders, or departments.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests in line with company standards.
  • Anticipate guest service needs, resolve them, and express sincere appreciation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support shared team objectives.
  • Follow quality assurance requirements and standards.
  • Complete other reasonable duties assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Meet Marriott Vacations Worldwide eligibility requirements for vacation ownership preview packages.
  • Explain the requirements for purchasing a preview package and attending a vacation ownership sales presentation.
  • Apply sales techniques to address and overcome objections.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Follow quality assurance requirements and standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Follow call center and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguard company assets.
