Service Delivery Consultant, Skills Assessment (Onsite)

Support Bank of America’s Global Human Resources skills assessment programs through data analysis, controls, documentation, and process improvement. The role partners with HR and talent stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant assessment operations.

Description

  • Help deliver and administer Global Human Resources products and programs
  • Run skills assessments for designated employee groups, including skill mapping, data analysis, review, challenge, and remediation support
  • Assess current processes, technologies, and operating routines to identify improvement opportunities
  • Help establish controls that reduce compliance and operational risk
  • Contribute to operational and strategic work ranging from routine activities to complex initiatives
  • Coordinate with HR program teams to confirm processes satisfy design requirements
  • Assist with solutions and initiatives that reflect business needs and priorities
  • Work with Service Delivery Managers, business lines, and Global Talent stakeholders to implement skills assessments
  • Prepare, analyze, and verify data throughout each stage of the skills assessment lifecycle
  • Conduct data analysis and quality assurance while following data governance, privacy, and information security standards
  • Help implement and optimize Skills Assessment tools and emerging technologies
  • Keep SOPs, workflows, control descriptions, project plans, trackers, files, and logs current
  • Identify schedule risks and work with partners on mitigation plans
  • Contribute to issue identification, root cause analysis, and remediation planning
  • Help advance automation, standardization, and workflow improvements
  • Engage stakeholders with responsiveness, professionalism, and a sense of urgency

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in product or program development or management, data analysis, talent management, organizational development, change management, HR generalist work, or comparable support for large projects, programs, or processes
  • Strong data analysis and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
  • Ability to convert business and functional requirements into analytical outputs and reports ready for stakeholders
  • Experience leading portions of programs or projects and completing deliverables on schedule
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous settings and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Record of building productive professional relationships
  • Proactive approach and ability to complete work with limited oversight
  • Ability to follow data governance, privacy, and information security standards
