Senior Customer Success Manager

Description

  • Manage client relationships after the sale
  • Act as the main contact throughout each client engagement
  • Take part in kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls
  • Hold regular check-ins with active accounts
  • Spot and address contractor or client issues early
  • Reply to client messages, including outside core hours when needed
  • Review the top one to five candidates recruiting presents for each role
  • Choose qualified candidates and present them to clients
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and finalize placements
  • Take responsibility for the quality of candidates presented to clients
  • Look for opportunities to support clients’ repeat hiring
  • Ask clients for reviews and introductions
  • Mark placements and milestones with personal gestures
  • Build client satisfaction into lasting relationships, repeat business, and referrals
  • Work directly with the co-founders and senior leaders throughout hiring

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
  • Strong critical thinking, with the ability to form and defend a clear judgment and apply it to candidate reviews and client problems
  • A strong sense of ownership
  • Clear, authentic, personal writing
  • A responsive approach that helps clients feel prioritized
  • Comfort adapting and growing without a predefined playbook
  • Preferred: experience in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
  • Preferred: experience in a small, founder-led company with direct leadership access and ownership of outcomes
  • Preferred: familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa
  • Availability during US business hours and responsiveness outside core hours when clients need support
