Remote Training Services Coordinator, Logistics Associate III

Supports learning administration and training data management for Conduent client services. Handles SuccessFactors and ServiceNow workflows, issue resolution, and service-level compliance.

Description

  • Deliver learning administration and data support for client needs
  • Complete learning-related data entry accurately
  • Maintain training records in the SuccessFactors learning management system
  • Process and track requests through ServiceNow
  • Follow client procedures, workflows, and service-level agreements
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues
  • Refer unresolved issues to the Manager

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Preferably hold a high school diploma or higher
  • Be able to complete a background check and drug test
  • Be available for an eight-hour shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Have a bachelor's degree for entry-level consideration or two years of successful work experience
  • Have experience working in a learning organization
  • Training administration experience is preferred but not required
  • Bring customer service experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems is preferred but not required
  • Be experienced with Microsoft Office
  • Work collaboratively while remaining self-directed and able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality awareness, and organizational skills
  • Prioritize competing work requirements and multitask effectively when needed
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Adapt effectively to ongoing change
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation with clients, leaders, and team members
