IT Systems Integration Trainer at WBS (Remote, Germany)

Description
- Deliver specialist instruction from a home office through WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Use varied teaching methods to plan and conduct effective lessons
- Create and refine learning materials aligned with the curriculum
- Assess participants to track their developing competencies
- Help learners strengthen professional skills and transition into the labor market
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification
- At least five years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
- Working knowledge of virtualization, especially Hyper-V
- Linux knowledge is advantageous
- Interest in incorporating AI and ChatGPT into instruction
- Prior work as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
- Strong methodological and didactic ability to explain course content
- Able to work independently and systematically with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
- German language proficiency at C2 level, matching the language of instruction
