Remote Customer Success Specialist – Colombia

Description
- Check customer conversations and confirm refund or replacement details before contacting them.
- Tailor approved follow-up emails and invite honest Amazon reviews without requesting a particular star rating.
- Log each outreach attempt, response, and next step in the solicitation spreadsheet.
- Keep records of other outreach activities as needed.
- Monitor customer replies and forward technical or troubleshooting questions to customer support.
- Review customer histories, send personalized emails on behalf of the founders, and update Excel records.
- Help create customer experiences that may lead to five-star reviews on the Somnofit-S Amazon listing.
- Follow the lead’s guidance on workload, coaching, and performance; the lead selects new customer groups for outreach.
Requirements
- Bring at least two years of experience in sales, customer outreach, or customer service.
- Communicate confidently in English, both in writing and verbally; English need not be your first language.
- Be comfortable writing emails throughout the workday, meeting outreach targets, and maintaining accurate Excel records.
- Be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), with a one-hour daily break.
- Work fixed hours of 3:00 PM–11:00 PM SAST year-round; during U.S. standard time, this corresponds to 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
