Description

  • Call members proactively to promote and arrange virtual appointments
  • Explain how virtual visits support the member healthcare experience
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to motivate appointment scheduling
  • Respond to questions about virtual services with clear, accurate guidance
  • Record call details, member feedback, and appointments in the CRM
  • Conduct follow-up with members, external organizations, and providers
  • Resolve member and provider inquiries promptly while meeting service and quality objectives
  • Work with supervisors and colleagues to meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals
  • Keep current on available healthcare services and offerings
  • Handle member information according to applicable compliance and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Build meaningful customer connections that encourage engagement and advocacy
  • Translate complex information into a straightforward customer experience while coordinating internal support
  • Work effectively in a high-volume telephone environment
  • Show commitment to improving consumer experiences over time
  • Prior telephonic sales experience, whether inbound or outbound, is preferred
  • Knowledge of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing without limitations or assistance, is preferred
  • Maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace that safeguards member PHI and HIPAA information
  • Provide internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week
