Mid-Level Human Resources Analyst – MANN+HUMMEL, Indaiatuba Onsite

Manage personnel administration, benefits, payroll support, and labor compliance for MANN+HUMMEL in an onsite Indaiatuba role. Support employees, HR processes, vendors, audits, and internal communications.

Description

  • Partner with client teams on personnel administration, benefits, mandatory training, and audit-related matters
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, transfers, and personnel data maintenance
  • Administer benefits programs while maintaining process quality, supporting employees, and managing vendor relationships
  • Oversee benefits contracts by monitoring service levels, costs, improvement opportunities, and business alignment
  • Contribute to benefits analyses and initiatives that improve program effectiveness
  • Assess payroll impacts, resolve questions, and provide support for ad hoc requests
  • Help validate information on vacations, leave, benefits, working hours, and other personnel administration events
  • Create and deliver internal communications for HR Services
  • Maintain compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and corporate standards

Requirements

  • Background in generalist human resources
  • Experience with personnel administration and benefits management
  • Experience managing benefits providers and contracts
  • Understanding of payroll processes and their effect on the employee lifecycle
  • Experience supporting internal or external audits
  • Experience supporting or coordinating mandatory training and development programs
  • Internal communications and employee support experience are advantageous
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Knowledge of payroll workflows and procedures
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and vendor management
  • Knowledge of audits, compliance, and internal controls
  • Knowledge of internal communications
  • Knowledge of learning and development
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with HR platforms such as SuccessFactors or ADP is advantageous
  • Experience producing HR metrics and reports
  • Willingness to travel
