Junior Human Resources Analyst - São Paulo Hybrid

Junior Human Resources Analyst supporting people management, workforce metrics, and employee development across Alife Nino’s food-service operations. Hybrid role serving São Paulo and Campinas.

Description

  • Provide consultative HR support to leaders and the business units they oversee
  • Monitor workforce metrics such as turnover, internal utilization, absenteeism, and headcount
  • Assist managers with performance, development, conflict resolution, employee movements, and offboarding
  • Assess risks and opportunities involving team climate, retention, and people management
  • Assist with promotion, merit increase, transfer, and internal mobility processes
  • Guide leaders on People Management policies, procedures, and practices
  • Collaborate with Organizational Development, Payroll and Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams
  • Support employee engagement, performance reviews, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and leadership development programs
  • Visit business units to maintain close relationships with employees and managers
  • Contribute to management routines by presenting key metrics, significant risks, and action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist, Business Partner, or operations support position
  • Experience advising and collaborating with managers is preferred
  • Working knowledge of core Human Resources processes
  • Knowledge of workforce and people metrics
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Availability to visit operations in São Paulo and Campinas
  • Availability for regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility for operational visits
