Client Team Representative

Handle client and debtor inquiries, account updates, skip-work reviews, and related research for Location Services, LLC. Use phone, email, internal systems, data entry, and reporting to support clients, operations, and management.

Description

  • Resolve client and debtor requests through the company phone system, Jive.
  • Route calls requiring further assistance to the appropriate team.
  • Respond to client requests for account updates and additional information.
  • Process system requests through email workflows and internal platforms.
  • Review client accounts for potential additional skip work and contact clients when appropriate.
  • Handle client and debtor calls while maintaining accurate data and updates.
  • Research incoming requests and identify actions needed by the operations team.
  • Manage client requests through the assignment system, system of record, and email processes.
  • Conduct initial reviews of new client-provided addresses to determine whether action is required.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with clients to resolve requests.
  • Report results and potential opportunities to leadership.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of call center, customer service, or related industry experience is required.
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment focused on exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of and experience using the internet and search engines.
  • Ability to conduct internet research supporting client and debtor assignment research, company operations, training, and potential new projects.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to remain seated at a computer terminal for extended periods.
  • May be required to lift approximately 25 pounds.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required based on job duties.
