  • Collect and assess requirements with stakeholders and relevant business teams
  • Document functional requirements, business rules, and system needs
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead and contribute to requirements workshops, refinement sessions, and alignment meetings
  • Map AS IS and TO BE processes to help identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and business rules during implementation
  • Assist with solution testing, validation, and delivery acceptance
  • Assess requirement-related impacts, integrations, and dependencies
  • Maintain traceability across requirements, development, testing, and delivered outcomes
  • Keep functional documentation structured and current throughout the requirements lifecycle
  • Bridge business and technology teams to establish a shared understanding of requirements and expected results

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements
  • Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working knowledge of AS IS and TO BE process mapping
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, business teams, and software development teams
  • Understanding of agile methods and participation in refinement, planning, and review ceremonies
  • Ability to evaluate business rules, impacts, and dependencies across systems and processes
  • Experience supporting solution acceptance testing and functional validation
  • Familiarity with demand management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms
  • Knowledge of BPMN or process modeling tools
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Experience contributing to system development or enhancement initiatives
  • Knowledge of functional testing and user acceptance testing
  • Education or certifications in requirements analysis, business analysis, or agile methods
