Global Relationship Manager - Canada (Hybrid)

Lead global client relationships and go-to-market strategies for Genpact’s AI-powered enterprise solutions. Drive deal conversion, data-informed growth, operational improvements, and team development.

Description

  • Build relationships with sales organizations and develop go-to-market strategies that support growth
  • Create data strategies to guide promotional planning and execution for stronger client outcomes
  • Lead industry insights initiatives that increase client value and support business decisions
  • Partner with senior Sales and Operations leaders to build deal momentum and support successful conversion
  • Manage the resolution of internal client issues across multiple functions
  • Create and execute growth strategies focused on financial performance and customer satisfaction
  • Foster trust, respect, and transparency with teams and clients
  • Research market opportunities and customer needs in Deductions recovery
  • Drive process improvements that optimize operations, lower costs, and increase client value
  • Convert high-level strategies into actionable execution plans
  • Develop and manage client-meeting collateral with Sales, Operations, and Digital teams
  • Conduct SWOT analyses, due diligence, and financial evaluations for prospective clients
  • Find automation and process improvement opportunities that strengthen operational efficiency
  • Coach and develop a capable team while promoting continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Axelos
  • Business consulting, client relations, CRM, global business strategy, sales forecasting, and supplier relationship management skills
  • English proficiency at C2 level
  • Availability to work variable shifts in Canada
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with sales organizations
  • Experience creating go-to-market and growth strategies
  • Experience developing data strategies and managing promotional planning and execution
  • Experience leading industry insights functions
  • Experience partnering with senior Sales and Operations leaders
  • Experience managing cross-functional client issue resolution
  • Experience performing market research, SWOT analysis, due diligence, and financial assessments
  • Experience identifying automation, process improvement, and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Experience mentoring and developing teams
