Employer Account Manager, HSA/TPA — Remote

Manage employer relationships and client support for Associated Bank’s HSA and third-party administration programs. The role covers onboarding, integrations, service resolution, and ongoing account coordination.

Description

  • Develop and sustain relationships with employer clients and business partners
  • Act as a reliable contact for client service and support needs
  • Lead onboarding and implementation work for newly added employer groups
  • Coordinate portal integrations and employer account configuration
  • Investigate and resolve employer questions and service concerns
  • Handle employer communications through inbound calls, shared inboxes, and other service channels
  • Manage file integrations, financial account setup, and continuing service requests
  • Explain relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and program details to employer clients
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and client service
  • Partner with internal teams to safeguard sensitive data, meet compliance obligations, and deliver client solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a comparable combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of account management or relationship management experience
  • At least three years of customer service experience
  • Obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within three months of hire
  • Earn HSAe Certification through ECFC within three months of hire
  • Earn CFC Certification through ECFC within three months of hire
  • Preferred: At least three years of experience in insurance, health savings accounts, or third-party administration
  • Experience supporting benefits administration programs and employer-facing client relationships
  • Working knowledge of benefits onboarding, integration, and service issue resolution
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required
  • Adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and enterprise policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act, is required
  • Report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedural violations, and ethical concerns as required
