Customer Support Representative - VIZIO/Walmart Call Center

Description
- Deliver courteous, professional support to VIZIO and Walmart customers
- Assist customers with technical concerns while maintaining a positive service experience
- Listen actively to diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Record calls and troubleshooting details in Excel and Salesforce
- Keep customer and support records accurate and well organized
- Build knowledge of consumer technology products
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- At least six months of experience handling customer requests in a contact center or retail setting
- At least six months of experience using basic computer processing or data-entry software
- Availability for Monday through Friday shifts between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Experience using Excel
- Strong typing ability
- Advanced electronics and computer troubleshooting experience is a valuable asset
