Customer Success Manager - Florida Remote

Lead customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for Flai’s AI communications platform serving car dealerships across Florida.

Description

  • Manage customer onboarding and rollout from kickoff through go-live for individual dealerships and dealership groups
  • Coordinate implementation timelines, integrations, training, and launch-day execution
  • Increase product adoption and track outcomes such as missed-call capture, appointment set rate, response time, show rate, and retention
  • Build relationships with dealership leaders, including GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, and BDC Managers
  • Lead weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain ownership of customer metrics, commitments, and next steps
  • Triage escalations and partner with product and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Deliver and continuously improve onboarding, training, renewal, and support processes
  • Drive retention and growth through multi-rooftop rollouts, new use cases, and increased customer volume
  • Turn dealership feedback into product insights, identify recurring patterns, and contribute to future product direction

Requirements

  • Must be based in Florida
  • Able to travel regularly to customer dealerships throughout Florida
  • Experience managing a book of business and improving adoption and retention in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-facing experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Clear, confident, and organized communication with dealership customers
  • Strong facilitation, team-training, and written follow-up skills
  • Consistent CRM management, including accurate notes, tasks, and account plans
  • Able to follow processes carefully and manage accounts with strong operational discipline
  • Skilled at building authentic customer relationships and prioritizing customer outcomes
  • High ownership and persistent follow-through
  • Willing to work at an early-stage company with evolving processes
  • Experience with dealership technology ecosystems, including DMS/CRM systems, schedulers, call tracking, and BDC workflows is a plus
  • Experience scaling onboarding for multi-rooftop dealership groups is a plus
  • Comfort coordinating light technical work involving integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting is a plus
  • Experience leading QBRs connected to dealership KPIs such as RO count, appointments, CSI, and retention is a plus
