Support drivers throughout the electric-car leasing journey at Octopus Electric Vehicles. Provide phone assistance, coordinate orders, and resolve delivery issues from order placement through handover.
Description
- Deliver empathetic support across inbound and outbound calls.
- Oversee each driver’s journey from order placement through delivery.
- Coordinate the process as the driver’s dedicated project manager, removing obstacles along the way.
- Keep drivers informed with timely progress updates.
- Look for proactive ways to improve the driver experience and generate excellent feedback.
- Develop practical, fair responses to manufacturer delays, specification changes, and related issues.
- Maintain service quality and a constructive approach during busy periods.
- Organise priorities effectively in a high-volume operational setting.
