Description

  • Track credit management results and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Coordinate external collection agencies and synchronize recovery activities
  • Design and introduce improved credit management procedures
  • Compile and analyze operational data and develop business cases
  • Process and reconcile incoming payments across multiple channels and energy products
  • Monitor service-level compliance and supervise extrajudicial collection work
  • Maintain compliance with TIMG and TIMOE regulatory obligations
  • Establish, monitor, and improve departmental KPIs
  • Use analytical findings to determine root causes and enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in credit management and customer-related processes
  • Background in collections, customer account management, and operational reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of debt collection regulations, including TIMG and TIMOE
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL, Net@, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Readiness to lead digitalization and process innovation
  • Strong abilities in collaboration, knowledge sharing, negotiation, active listening, and relationship building
  • Good written and spoken English
