Client Services Manager II - Charlotte, Onsite

Client Services Manager II supporting institutional retirement-plan clients for TIAA. Oversees administrative operations, client relationships, plan efficiency, and growth across retirement products.

Description

  • Collaborate with business partners to execute business plans
  • Coordinate communications, processes, and activities to achieve business goals and strengthen client satisfaction
  • Improve TIAA service consistency and quality through efficient administration, operational transactions, and product support
  • Manage client relationships while identifying opportunities to improve plan efficiency
  • Support growth in premiums and transfers-in, new account acquisition, and asset retention
  • Serve clients and enhance outcomes through responsive service and operational excellence
  • Act as the primary administrative contact and advocate for assigned institutional clients
  • Establish comprehensive plan-management routines to uncover efficiency improvements
  • Use data-driven insights to support integrated teams and institutional clients
  • Address customer questions and resolve product or service issues
  • Strengthen partnerships with plan sponsors, HR contacts, and internal support teams
  • Work with CSM I in a pooled model to oversee administrative and operational activities for institutional clients

Requirements

  • A university degree is preferred
  • At least 3 years of professional experience is required; 5 or more years is preferred
  • Series 6 or Series 7 FINRA registration
  • Series 63 FINRA registration
  • Resident-state Life and Health Insurance License with multiple issuers required
  • Ability to perform sedentary work
  • Skills in client relationship management, business development, retirement-planning sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and financial markets
