Description

  • Monitor claims involving lost, damaged, and delayed shipments across the EU.
  • Coordinate with carriers, delivery operations, warehouses, and finance to resolve claims promptly.
  • Maintain claim records and tracking logs while reporting compensation updates and financial KPIs.
  • Investigate rejection patterns and ticket data to identify root causes and address process gaps.
  • Find operational bottlenecks that inform claim-process improvements and regional launches.
  • Help maintain timely, efficient order fulfillment across the European delivery network.
  • Manage working relationships with 3PL providers and customs authorities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and apply best practices to improve delivery speed and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, ideally in engineering, logistics, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Background in logistics operations or experience working with shipment and support-ticket data.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, and large operational datasets.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and root-cause analysis abilities.
  • Skill in identifying patterns in large datasets and turning findings into actionable conclusions.
  • High attention to detail and reliable end-to-end follow-through across cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
