Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Canada Remote

Provide bilingual customer service for Solventum’s healthcare orders, inquiries, and complaints across Canada. Manage ERP-related workflows and resolve customer issues remotely in French and English.

Description

  • Process orders and address inquiries and issues involving order status, product information, complaints, pricing, shipping, and inventory.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with external customers and Solventum colleagues by phone and in writing.
  • Manage worklists and submit internal tickets for order management, shipping and tracking, product inquiries, and pricing or invoicing concerns.
  • Use structured problem-solving methods to maintain material information records and monitor master data.
  • Oversee customer orders from initial entry through delivery.
  • Lead improvements and develop solutions for work processes and tools.
  • Resolve unusual and challenging customer inquiries.
  • Adjust techniques and methods to address complex issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus two years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma plus six years of customer service experience.
  • Complete and verify the required education before starting the role.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Prior experience providing customer service in healthcare.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Legal authorization to work in the employment country without sponsorship for an employment visa.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects is preferred.
  • Self-directed approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal and external customers.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and address issues proactively.
