Application Support Engineer (S 4A) - Genpact, Wisconsin Onsite

Application Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and deploying enterprise applications at Genpact. The role supports users while maintaining security and data protection compliance.

Description

  • Monitor application performance and maintain reliable operation
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and system errors
  • Work with developers to deliver fixes and application enhancements
  • Maintain clear process and procedure documentation
  • Train end users and provide guidance on application functionality
  • Support testing and deployment of new applications and updates
  • Follow security and data protection requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or information technology, or a master’s degree in software engineering
  • Certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist MS Access
  • Experience with Agile methodology, collaboration tools, design thinking, executive presence, inclusion, ITIL frameworks and practices, Microsoft Access VBA, personal effectiveness, process automation, release management, robotic process automation, storytelling, technical support, and Unix shell scripting
  • English proficiency at C2 level is required
  • Candidates based in Los Angeles, California, are not eligible for this position
