Temporary Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative
Provide remote customer support for Five Star Call Centers, responding to calls about debit card incentives, orders, and account balances. The part-time schedule includes weekday evenings and alternating weekends.

- Deliver helpful, professional customer service.
- Answer questions about debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
- Respond promptly to high volumes of inbound calls.
- Use communication scripts to address different topics.
- Clarify customer needs, research inquiries, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Use company and client resources to handle calls accurately.
- Recommend additional products when appropriate.
- Switch between tasks efficiently while staying composed.
- Arrive punctually and attend all scheduled shifts.
- Keep customer interactions positive and professional.
- Cross-train when requested.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Customer service or support experience of 3–6 months is preferred.
- Call center or office experience of 3–6 months is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A background check will be required in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Must be able to use a personal device for work (BYOD).
- Must be available on the first and last business day of each month.
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 3 p.m.–7 p.m. CST, and every other weekend.
