Remote Customer Service Specialist in France
Support Medtronic’s healthcare technology customers with service and repair requests. Manage service systems, orders, quotations, invoicing, disputes, and spare-parts coordination.
विवरण
- Provide administrative support by handling service requests, inquiries, and communications with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Work independently on complex assignments, including situations where procedures are not fully established.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues by phone and email, partnering with Service Engineers, workshop teams, and cross-functional departments.
- Maintain service operations in platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Monitor orders, process invoicing and disputes, and arrange spare-parts logistics.
- Create and track quotations for repairs, maintenance services, and parts sales.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Follow quality requirements, complete assigned training, and ensure service and repair activities are carried through to completion.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of relevant professional experience.
- Background in customer service, preferably in healthcare or technical services.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Excellent organisation, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, self-directed approach suited to a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is preferred; training is provided.
- Professional proficiency in English.
