Remote Customer Service Specialist in France

Support Medtronic’s healthcare technology customers with service and repair requests. Manage service systems, orders, quotations, invoicing, disputes, and spare-parts coordination.

Description

  • Provide administrative support by handling service requests, inquiries, and communications with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Work independently on complex assignments, including situations where procedures are not fully established.
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues by phone and email, partnering with Service Engineers, workshop teams, and cross-functional departments.
  • Maintain service operations in platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Monitor orders, process invoicing and disputes, and arrange spare-parts logistics.
  • Create and track quotations for repairs, maintenance services, and parts sales.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Follow quality requirements, complete assigned training, and ensure service and repair activities are carried through to completion.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Background in customer service, preferably in healthcare or technical services.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach suited to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is preferred; training is provided.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
