Provide part-time customer care to NDIS participants, nominees and providers across Australia. Resolve enquiries through phone, email and live chat from Australian offices.

- Support NDIS participants, nominees and service providers across Australia
- Answer customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat
- Manage high enquiry volumes while maintaining customer experience, quality and efficiency
- Support customers respectfully through frustration, confusion and challenging circumstances
- Explain NDIS processes, funding and services in clear language
- Make outbound calls to share useful information and strengthen the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, escalating issues when required
- Own customer enquiries through to resolution
- Develop knowledge of the NDIS, company services and provider processes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in customer service or the disability sector, such as Customer Care, Support Coordination or Plan Management
- Background supporting customers, participants, providers or stakeholders in a service-oriented environment
- Knowledge of the NDIS and its participating people and organisations is helpful but not required
- Clear, respectful communication skills with the ability to explain information effectively
- Practical mindset with a focus on finding solutions
- Confidence handling complex customer conversations
- Motivation to learn and grow across varied customer service responsibilities
- Collaborative working style with the initiative to manage enquiries from initial contact through resolution
- Ability to complete required background checks, including criminal history and ASIC checks
- NDIS Workers Screening Check where applicable
