Out-of-Hours Hire Desk Controller – Remote UK
Manage overnight hire requests, breakdowns, customer support and supplier coordination for HSS ProService Marketplace. This full-time remote role covers Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am in the United Kingdom.
विवरण
- Handle hire requests, off-hires, extensions and breakdowns during out-of-hours operations
- Serve as a primary contact for customer questions, urgent needs and ETA updates
- Coordinate overnight equipment movements with suppliers and operational teams
- Track customer KPIs and uphold agreed service levels throughout each shift
- Keep documentation and CRM records accurate and current in real time
- Resolve emerging issues proactively to reduce disruption and support a strong customer experience
- Prepare thorough handovers to ensure smooth continuity between shifts
- Work Monday to Thursday from 6:00pm to 6:00am

- Prior experience in the tool hire industry
- Strong customer service background with knowledge of logistics
