Mid-Senior Customer Support Representative — Full-Time, Worldwide Remote
Support Gamdom customers across sports betting, casino, and eSports through chat and email. Resolve account, payment, and technical questions within a 24/7 support operation.

- Deliver responsive customer assistance through live chat and email
- Guide customers on deposits, withdrawals, payment options, promotions, betting settlements, account matters, and company policies
- Assess reported problems, determine suitable resolutions, and close customer issues efficiently
- Walk customers through technical and account solutions with clear, sequential instructions
- Build detailed knowledge of Casino, Sports, and eSports offerings, workflows, and company policies
- Communicate with customers clearly, accurately, and helpfully
- Refer unresolved matters to the correct internal team with complete context
- Coordinate with colleagues across departments to maintain a consistent support experience
- Keep informed about product releases, promotions, procedures, and other changes affecting customers
- Manage your workload independently, set priorities, and exercise sound judgment when responding to requests
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or a comparable position
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- A service-oriented approach with a sincere desire to help customers
- Strong investigative, problem-solving, and detail-management abilities
- Confidence using varied software, systems, and web-based tools
- Capacity to learn unfamiliar products, procedures, and technologies quickly
- Composure and professionalism when resolving difficult or complicated customer cases
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
- Interest in iGaming, sports, eSports, or online gaming
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency or related work experience is advantageous
- Experience in iGaming is advantageous but not essential
- Fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese is advantageous
- Availability for rotating shifts within a 24/7 customer support schedule
