License Compliance Sales Representative – Philippines (Hybrid)
Manage Autodesk software compliance leads, audits, negotiations, and commercial resolutions. This hybrid Philippines role includes responsibility for territory sales targets.

- Qualify and manage License Compliance opportunities through commercial closure.
- Work with Autodesk Sales, Channel Partners, Legal, and License Compliance colleagues.
- Discuss potential compliance issues with customers and users, guiding them toward commercial resolutions.
- Oversee customer compliance engagements, including warning letters and audits.
- Meet and forecast quarterly and annual License Compliance sales targets.
- Carry out territory plans and compliance strategies to achieve ACV and billing targets.
- Use anti-piracy telemetry and analytics to find sales opportunities.
- Help customers identify and purchase suitable Autodesk software licenses.
- Guide customers through audit notices, deployment data collection, findings, escalations, negotiations, and resolution.
- Lead negotiations with customer executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Stay current on Autodesk licensing, agreements, contracts, products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Use analytics tools and databases to investigate and qualify compliance opportunities.
- Resolve complex customer concerns and objections about software compliance.
- Close direct commercial agreements and identify expansion and upselling opportunities.
- Record leads, opportunities, activity, pipeline, and results in Salesforce CRM.
- Plan, run, and monitor License Compliance campaigns.
- Keep sales forecasts and pipeline records accurate and current.
- Report to the Senior License Compliance Manager.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales.
- Experience managing customer discussions, negotiations, and commercial opportunities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization and ability to handle multiple leads, opportunities, and customer engagements at once.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Channel Partners, and other teams.
- Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
- Preferred: Experience in License Compliance, software sales, Inside Sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Preferred: Knowledge of software licensing models, license agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CRM or a comparable sales platform.
- Preferred: Experience engaging and negotiating with executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience working with Channel Partners or Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
- Preferred: Familiarity with software compliance, audits, or intellectual property protection.
- Preferred: Experience in a technology or SaaS organization.
