Edit and create Japanese content for Omniscient Digital’s B2B SaaS organic-growth clients. Optimize long-form articles for SEO, AEO, accuracy, and Japanese readers.

- Refine AI-generated drafts into polished, natural Japanese
- Create high-quality long-form content covering B2B, SaaS, and technical subjects
- Check facts and validate claims, statistics, and source material
- Investigate client products, audiences, and relevant industry context
- Adapt content for Japanese readers and market expectations
- Structure and outline articles from internal briefs
- Apply keyword strategy alongside SEO and AEO principles
- Match each client’s brand voice and tone, including suitable keigo
- Coordinate with editorial teams in Japan and the EU while working with the Editorial Strategist
- Join occasional internal and client meetings
- Deliver assignments on schedule and communicate early about progress, questions, and blockers
आवश्यकताएँ
- Native Japanese speaker with native-level written fluency
- Two to three years of experience editing or writing marketing, SEO, or B2B content
- Comfort working with AI-assisted content
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong command of Japanese grammar, style conventions, and consistency
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable content
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Ability to write for technical practitioners and business decision-makers
- Organized, self-directed approach to managing assignments, deadlines, and workload
- Receptive to feedback and effective in collaborative work
- Submit three to five Japanese writing or editing samples, including at least two on B2B, SaaS, or technical topics
- Work must be completed personally and not subcontracted
- A degree in journalism, Japanese language or literature, linguistics, translation, creative writing, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
