  • Resolve complex Tier 2 customer issues by phone, chat, and email.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot problems to provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Write and use SQL Server queries to diagnose data issues.
  • Prioritize tickets and manage them according to standard procedures and service level agreements.
  • Categorize tickets and apply service level tags.
  • Escalate issues to Tier 3 with the necessary context.
  • Provide courteous, professional support and timely solutions.
  • Work across departments to improve processes and add to the knowledge base.
  • Coach Tier 1 specialists in product knowledge, customer relations, and efficient work practices.
  • Handle Tier 1 escalations and take urgent or emergency cases through resolution or reassignment.
  • Train staff and customers before and after product launches.
  • Advise on product features and dental lab manufacturing workflows.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 3–4 years of technical support or help desk experience required.
  • 2–3 years of direct experience with proprietary or SaaS business software required.
  • 2 years of SQL query writing and troubleshooting experience required.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting IIS, SSL certificates, or similar web environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–4 years of CRM or ticketing software experience preferred.
  • 2 years of Microsoft Windows Server operating system experience preferred.
