Customer Success Retention Analyst

- Hold retention conversations with customers seeking to cancel or considering leaving
- Identify cancellation reasons and recommend suitable solutions
- Develop and carry out customer save plans, including offers, renegotiations, and action plans, following Aegro’s guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, including follow-up
- Provide clear, timely responses
- Guide customers through critical situations until they are resolved
- Spot recurring complaints and recommend practical improvements
- Use AI tools to support analysis, organize information, and work more efficiently
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in customer retention, ombudsman services, or B2B customer relations
- A track record of negotiating with customers and preventing cancellations
- Confidence handling dissatisfied customers and difficult conversations
- Experience managing complaints and escalations
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple cases at once
- Experience managing a churn or cancellation pipeline
- Experience using CRM and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills and active listening
- Excellent communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- Clear writing for case records and formal responses
- Ability to influence customers and relay their feedback within the company
- Experience using AI tools critically and productively at work
- Agribusiness experience or familiarity is an advantage
