  • Support customers across relevant communication channels and deliver a high-quality service experience.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide solutions that resolve questions and confusion.
  • Aim to resolve cases on first contact, coordinating follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases to service standards.
  • Share constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Follow service procedures to help achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through attentive, extra-mile support.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category, and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Diploma, advanced or higher diploma, graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or master’s degree in any field.
  • Two years of experience in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and good phone etiquette.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and proficiency in the language of the supported market.
