Customer Service Representative - Avnet, Kragujevac (Hybrid)
Serve Avnet customers in Kragujevac by managing inquiries, orders, claims, and complaints in a hybrid role. Support sales teams with order administration and contribute to service-process improvements.

- Handle customer questions through resolution
- Prioritize and expedite critical orders
- Communicate case outcomes and dispositions
- Investigate issues and deliver appropriate resolutions
- Review and research customer orders
- Prepare quotes and support order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit issues, and other sales or customer-support activities
- Manage order expediting, stock inquiries, reporting, and stock rotation
- Identify and investigate process-improvement opportunities while contributing to performance-metric initiatives
- Build positive customer relationships and resolve claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in line with consumer laws
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
- Complete additional duties as assigned

- Advanced English-language proficiency
- Several years of relevant experience are typically required
- Strong computer, email, telephone, communication, and problem-solving skills
