- Oversee a portfolio of clients and its day-to-day activities
- Plan strategic work spanning marketing, product marketing, and new Engage technology offerings
- Translate clients’ business strategies and financial objectives into mutually valuable solutions
- Grow revenue and profitability by tracking performance, identifying gaps, and taking corrective action
- Direct the planning and delivery of strategic client initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across client organizations
- Find opportunities to exceed revenue goals and execute portfolio growth plans
- Coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Customer Support to represent client needs, manage timelines, and resolve issues
- Oversee routine client engagement activities, including escalations and invoicing
- Guide Client Coordinators and operational, sales, and management teams
- Promote innovation and help clients respond to developments in loyalty and incentives
- Lead or assist with onboarding new clients
- Present reporting, insights, analysis, campaigns, promotions, and other client programs
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual client business reviews
- Prepare and deliver performance assessments for direct reports when applicable
- Share and connect effective practices across the Engage organization
- Report to the Vice President, Client Success or another appointed senior leader
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or a related field from an accredited institution
- Five to 10 years of directly relevant experience managing clients
- Industry experience in credit cards or loyalty and incentives programs is preferred
- Track record of managing client portfolios while improving retention and profitability
- SaaS experience in the technology sector is an asset
- Strong client service and relationship management capabilities
- Experience planning and managing small- to medium-sized projects
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor complex presentations to different audiences
- Strong negotiation, influence, adaptability, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Able to work independently and collaboratively under time constraints
- Proficient with Google Docs and PC applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
