- Partner with technology teams on corrective measures and workarounds.
- Create response plans for recurring issues, including escalation and transitions to other teams.
- Maintain adherence to incident management processes, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of incident management experience involving hardware, software, network configuration, and incident support, or comparable relevant experience.
- At least three years of experience eliciting, translating, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, particularly when priorities shift or compete.
- Expert-level customer service and support capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate, assess, and resolve technical problems proactively.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future employer visa sponsorship requirements.
- Preferred: working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Power BI.
- Preferred: general knowledge of networking, information security, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
- Preferred: experience delivering and documenting technology solutions for business operations, security and compliance programs, audits, and third-party relationships.
